5.6. ARCO Rights
The user, as the owner of the personal data, has the right to know what personal data is registered about him/her, how it is used and the conditions of use (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to have it removed from MACCA's records or databases when it is considered that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO Rights.
For this purpose, it is necessary to send a request for ARCO Rights to MACCA's Personal Data Department, located at 255 Allende, Colonia Centro, Ciudad Acuña, C.P. 26200, Coahuila, Mexico.
The request must be made through the e-mail contacto@macca.org.mx, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on business days, and in terms of Article 29 of the Law, it must contain the following information:
-
The user's full name and address or other means of communicating the response to the request.

For purposes of proving identity, the user, owner of the personal data, may use any valid official identification (i.e., credential of the National Electoral Institute, passport, professional card, immigration document that proves the legal stay of the foreigner in the country, driver's license). In case the person sending the ARCO Rights request is the legal representative of the holder of the personal data, the Public Deed or power of attorney signed before two witnesses must be submitted.

The response to the request will be communicated through the e-mail address through which the request was made. If the request is accepted, it will be effective within fifteen working days. In case personal data is requested, it will be reproduced in electronic documents and sent through the e-mail through which the request was made. The aforementioned deadlines may be extended once for an equal period, as long as justified by the circumstances.
MACCA may reject the application for the Arch Rights in terms of Article 34 of the Law. The application shall be deemed not to have been filed when the user or his legal representative does not provide sufficient information to prove his identity or legal representation. Likewise, the request will be considered as not submitted when the user or his legal representative does not provide the address to receive the response or the means for response.

To revoke consent, the user must submit a request in accordance with the procedure and requirements indicated in the "Arco Rights" section.
